The 9 year old victim had his bike forcefully stolen from him by a group of subjects who were last seen northbound on Evans. As a result of their investigation, the officers suspected that the suspects might have been members of the “WestMob” street gang. The clothing description provided to them matched what several of the gang members were seen wearing earlier in that day and their “turf” was only a few blocks away near Westpoint and Middlepoint. Officers responded to the area in search of the suspects and found the five subjects standing together on the unit block of Cashmere. All five suspects, ranging in age from 14 – 15 years, were positively identified and arrested on robbery and conspiracy charges with a gang enhancement.  All were booked at the Juvenile Justice Center.  (SFPD Case No. 160311488)
