Hot Prowl Burglary – 2200 25th St. – 11/30/15, 10:00 pm:

Two victims were asleep in their home when a burglar came in through an unlocked sliding glass door and stole several items from their living room. The crime was discovered when one of the victims awoke and found the door open and items missing. This incident is under investigation. (SFPD Case No. 151042587)


Robbery Arrest– Bowdoin / Silliman – 12/02/15, 1:06 pm

A 52 year old victim was driving his car when he narrowly missed colliding with another vehicle that ran the stop sign at the intersection. He stopped his car to make sure that none of the vehicles had been hit when the two occupants of the other car attacked him. The female suspect struck him with a metal object while her male counterpart punched him in the face and held him down. The female suspect then reached into the victim’s pocket and stole his cell phone. A Good Samaritan stepped in to assist the victim and was struck by the suspects as well. The suspects got back into their vehicle and fled the scene. The officers were provided with the partial license information of the suspect vehicle and through their investigation, determined that the car was registered to a home on the 2100 block of Quesada. An Ingleside unit later spotted the car and stopped it, with the suspects on board. They were positively identified and arrested. Both suspects were booked on robbery and aggravated assault charges. Robbery– Keith / Revere – 12/02/15, 9:15 pm

A 40 year old victim was robbed when he was walking home. He said he felt a tug on his backpack, turned, and saw three suspects who shoved him to the ground. One of the suspects kicked the victim as another yanked his backpack from his shoulders. All three suspects fled on foot. This incident is under investigation. (SFPD Case No. 151046454)


 Robbery – Phelps / Oakdale – 12/02/15, 10:30 pm

A 23 year old victim was walking home when a suspect approached him and ordered him to surrender his phone. The victim refused to comply at which point the suspect snatched that bag that the victim was holding and fled the scene on foot. This incident is under investigation.  (SFPD Case No. 151046783)

Bayview Station holds community meetings with the Captain on the first Tuesday of each month.
