Robbery – 2400 block San Bruno – 11/19/15, 6:45 pm:

A victim was robbed of her electronic tablet by three rival gang members. The victim told the offices that she knew the suspects from around the neighborhood and provided their identifying information to the officers. She stated that she had been standing on the corner when the tree suspects ordered her to get off their turf. One of the suspects grabbed the victim and threw her to the ground, and another slapped her face as she was being held down. The suspects then stole her tablet and took off on foot. This incident is under investigation.  (SFPD Case No. 151009048)

Homicide– Kirkwood / Newhall – 11/20/15, 4:43 pm

Officers responded to a call of a shooting and located a 28 year old male victim inside of a vehicle. He had been shot multiple times and was pronounced dead at the hospital. Te officers secured the crime scene and preserved all evidence. This incident is under investigation. (SFPD Case No. 151011479)

 Shooting Arrest– Newcomb / Newhall – 11/21/15, 5:55 pm

Officers patrolling in the area spotted a vehicle that they recognized from a crime bulletin as wanted in connection with a shooting. The bulletin also included the names of the suspects wanted in connection with the incident as well. They stopped the car and placed all three occupants under arrest. They were booked on aggravated assault with a gun and conspiracy charges. (SFPD Case No. 15946879)

 Aggravated Assault Arrest– Bayshore / Cortland – 11/21/15, 6:30 pm

A 49 year old victim and his wife were recycling in the area when they saw the suspect lying on the ground. The male victim asked the suspect if he was alright at which point the suspect got up and accused the victim of stealing hi bike. The suspect grabbed a skateboard that he had nearby and began swinging it at the victim and his wife. The victim, in self defense, punched the suspect, who then fled on foot. The officers searched the area and located the suspect, who was positively identified. He was booked on aggravated assault charges. (SFPD Case No. 151014912)

 Auto Theft Arrest– Jennings / Shafter – 11/22/15, 2:25 pm

Officers stopped a car for speeding and made contact with the driver. During the course of their investigation, they learned that the vehicle had been reported a stolen and that the driver was on probation for auto theft. She was arrested and booked on auto theft, possession of stolen property, and probation violation charges. (SFPD Case No. 150962063)

Homicide– unit block Ceres – 11/22/15, 6:20 pm

Officers responded to a call of a stabbing and located a male victim in the alley. He had multiple stab wounds and was transported to SFGH where he succumbed to his grave injuries. The crime scene was secured and all evidence was preserved along with witness statements. This incident is under investigation.   (SFPD Case No. 151017734)

Robbery– Lane / Thomas – 11/23/15, 4:45 pm

A victim was riding his “hoverboard” skateboard down the street when a suspect approached him and punched him. The victim fell off the board and the suspect grabbed it. The suspect then ran into a waiting beige colored sedan which drove from the scene. This incident is under investigation. (SFPD Case No. 151020373)
